Sicuramente entrambi gli strumenti sono utili per promuovere un\u2019attivit\u00e0 online e vanno contemplati all\u2019interno di una strategia di marketing digitale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prima di investire sull\u2019uno o sull\u2019altro, per\u00f2, \u00e8 necessario fermarsi a riflettere su quelli che sono i nostri <strong>obiettivi<\/strong>. Quali risultati vogliamo ottenere con la <strong>pubblicit\u00e0 online<\/strong>? Aumentare la visibilit\u00e0 del brand, portare traffico al sito, acquisire nuovi contatti, vendere un prodotto o servizio?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E soprattutto dobbiamo chiederci se vogliamo un<strong> riscontro a breve o a lungo termine<\/strong>. Nel primo caso lo strumento pi\u00f9 idoneo sar\u00e0 Google AdWords, nel secondo Facebook, perch\u00e9 l\u2019uno intercetta la domanda consapevole, l\u2019altro la domanda latente. Ma vediamo cosa vuol dire\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Faceboook Ads per la domanda latente<\/h2>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-908\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aeffelab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/logo-Facebook-Ads.jpg\" alt=\"Logo Facebook Advertising con megafono su sfondo blu\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1173\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La domanda latente \u00e8 costituita da quel segmento di mercato che non \u00e8 ancora interessato ai nostri prodotti, dai <strong>potenziali clienti in target <\/strong>che adesso non hanno bisogno di acquistare ci\u00f2 che la nostra azienda sta offrendo ma \u00e8 solo questione di tempo: non possiamo sapere quando, ma \u00e8 sicuro che prima o poi arriveranno alla domanda consapevole e saranno propensi all\u2019acquisto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I <strong>social network<\/strong>, primo fra tutti Facebook, sono i luoghi perfetti dove poter intercettare la domanda latente, perch\u00e9 mettono a disposizione strumenti avanzati di<strong> profilazione del pubblico<\/strong>. Grazie alla <strong>targetizzazione dell\u2019audience<\/strong> di <strong>Facebook ADS<\/strong>, possiamo segmentare il nostro target in base all\u2019et\u00e0, al sesso, alla zona geografica; possiamo includere i fan di pagine di nostri competitor oppure i lettori di determinate riviste di settore presenti sul social. Possiamo, cio\u00e8, andare a stimolare gli utenti di una <strong>specifica nicchia di mercato<\/strong>, che non ci stanno cercando ma che presto potrebbero essere interessati a ci\u00f2 che facciamo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Facebook ADS quindi \u00e8 decisamente adatto per <strong>campagne di branding<\/strong>, in cui si mira cio\u00e8 ad <strong>ottenere visibilit\u00e0<\/strong> su un certo marchio, e di <strong>creazione o stimolo della domanda<\/strong> in cui si vuole aumentare la consapevolezza degli utenti sui prodotti di una determinata azienda. Ovviamente, <strong>il ritorno sar\u00e0<\/strong> <strong>lento<\/strong>, perch\u00e9 Facebook ADS intercetta <strong>utenti lontani dalla conversione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Google AdWords per la domanda consapevole<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-907\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aeffelab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/google-adwords.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La domanda consapevole \u00e8 generata da quegli utenti che gi\u00e0 sanno ci\u00f2 di cui hanno bisogno per soddisfare le proprie necessit\u00e0, i <strong>clienti caldi<\/strong> che si trovano gi\u00e0 nella <strong>fase della consapevolezza e considerazione<\/strong>. Non conoscono il nostro brand e non sono entrati in contatto con la nostra azienda, ma sono alla ricerca di un prodotto specifico fornito da una o pi\u00f9 aziende, cercano informazioni precise sulle caratteristiche dei prodotti mettendo a confronto le varie offerte trovate online o offline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I <strong>motori di ricerca<\/strong>, in particolar modo Google, sono i luoghi pi\u00f9 adatti per intercettare la domanda consapevole. Gli utenti che compiono una ricerca stanno cercando una risposta ad un loro bisogno, sono quindi molto vicini alla conversione. Una <strong>campagna nella Rete di Ricerca di AdWords<\/strong> permette di pubblicare annunci per rispondere ad una domanda chiara e precisa di <strong>utenti gi\u00e0 interessati ad un prodotto specifico<\/strong>, e di conseguenza consente di ottenere dei risultati immediati.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google AdWords intercetta dunque i potenziali clienti che hanno gi\u00e0 deciso di aver bisogno di un determinato prodotto e sono alla ricerca dei potenziali fornitori che sono in grado di soddisfare la loro esigenza. Tuttavia potrebbe rivelarsi utile anche nella fase di conoscenza e interesse\u00a0per intercettare la domanda latente.
